Brookton, Mass., Nov. 5.- Miss Sime R. Leacb, aged 24, daugbter of Lemuel Leach, of this city, has instituted asuit asking $10,000 damagfl for breach of promise of marriaga against Heury H. LvtchHeUJ, aged 40, a well known real estáte agent oí Boston and Plymonth. The parties became acquainted in the spring of 1SS7 and were to bave been married last December. The respondent has twice been married, and both wives are now living, but both bave obtaineddivorces from him.
