Mr. Morris, an insurance agent of Ann Arbor, spent two nights in Willis last week. Mrs. Butts returned from Monroe county last Tuesday, where she ha been visiting her son. Geo. Russell and wife have gone to Hillsdale to spend a few days with their relatives. Mrs. B. F. Harris returned from Wayne last Friday, where she has een spending a week with relatives. George Bennett and wife talk of going to Milán to live with their daughter, Mrs. C. A. Moore, this winter. Bert Darling has been gone to Nebraska about six weeh.s and rumor says that he will bring a wire home with him. Harry Snodgrass has just moved from his brother's house on the county line into George Harris' tenant house. Ciifford Sanderson is trying to jet rich by husking corn for Asa M. Darling for 2J cents per bushei and oard himself. The Morgan school dees not begin this week as reported by us last week on account of the teacher going back on her bargain. On Monday of last week while going to the cemetery at Stony (Jreek to bury his son-in-law, Geo. Bennett had a slight stroke of paralysis and in the evening of that day and the day following he had two more shocks but at the present writing he is able to be around again.
