Farmers are disposing of a large amount of wheat, hogs and cattle this week. Lewis Uphouse has been on the sick list for a long time. His recovery is doubtful. The hunting match, Capt. Sodt vs. Capt. May came off Friday, and resulted in a victory for the latter. A fine supper was served at Fred Steimgewg's. All had a pleasant time.
