Tallman, casliier of the defuuct Trailers ba.ik, was arrested on a capias issued ty Judge Jumieson, and j was at once taken to cnun, nliere he gave i bail in the sum of $1Ü.OÜO. His bonrlsmen j are Poiter Pulinei-, Lvman J. liago, H. H. B.ackall and W. H. Russell. Tallman was tben release 1. His arrest was niade on chares f.hat lie, as cashier, had received deposits in tlie bank Itnowing it was insolvent.
