At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office ia the oity of Ann Arbor, oa Wedncsday, the fourteentb day of NoTember in the year one thoasacd eight hunured and elghty-eight. Preaent, Wm. D. Hamman, Judgo of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Suaannah Johnsoa, deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verlfltd of Ellen Jane Ciarle, praylng that administraron of said estale muy be graated to heraelf or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that llonday, thetenth duy of December net, at ten o'elock in the forenoon.bo aRsignert for the hearing of said petition anl that the heirs-at-law ol said decoased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are requiredto appearat a seasion of aaid court then to be holden at the Piobate Office, in the city oí An Arbor and show cause, if any there be why the prarer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is furiüer ordered, that said petitioner give noticeco the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency ot Baid pc-tition and tho hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Aitous, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previons to suid day of hearing.
