Be it ordained by the Mayor, Reoorder and Alderman of the city of Ann Arbor; That section four of an ordinance relative to breachee of the peace and disoiderly conduct made and passed in coinmon counoil August 4th, 1856, be and the saine is hereby amended to read as f ollows : Section 4, No person shall raise or fly any kite in any of the streets or lanes or alleys or wlthin the limits of the city of Ann Arbor, and no persons under the age of twenty-one years shall collect or stand in bodies or crowds or more than three persons unless aceompauiod by their parents or guardians, upon the streets or eide walkt or in the Post-Office building court house or any church or place of worship or any public building or elsewhere in said city, under a penalty for each offense nqt exceedii g twenty dollars, or conĂ¼nement in the co inty jail, mot exceeding ten days, and costs of prosecution.
