Baitimore, Md., Dee. 11. - There was a decisive battle fought on the Chesapeake bay Monday night between the oyster dredging pirates and the Maryland navy. The latter were victorious. On schooner and one puagy of the piratical fleet were sunk, and one pungy taken as a prize by the navy.
