Attorney Randel visited Milan Saturday. Lena Blinn will spend her holidays in Milan. Mrs. Charles Moore visited Ann Arbor, Monday. Alvin Wilsey, of Ann Arbor, visited Milan last week. Mrs. Pinkham visited Ann Arbor Thursday and Friday. Mrs. J. Bunc returned from a visit to Byron Monday. Onie Williams entertained guests from Ann Arbor Sunday. Miss Harper and Miss Allen will spend the holidays at home. (Jueen Esther Cantata is the grand coming event for Xmas week. Snow has come. Some of the "beautiful" snow we have read about. Severalofthe Milanites attended the opera at Ypsilanti Friday evening. Mr. William Whaley returned from h6 Chicago visit a íew days ago. Business is lively and the merchants all wear" smiling countenances. Mrs. Chapia and her ëaughter Flossie, returnea from their Grand Rapids vis-t Friday. Mrs. G. R. Williams spent Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mis. J. Sprague, in Ann Arbor. Orange blossoms will be in demand the last of the week and marriage bells will be heard in our quiet village. The Ann Arbor Argus has many readers in Milan, who think they could not keep house without its weekly visits. Santa Claus is on the way to Milan and there will be trees awaiting him at the Methodist Episcopal and Baptist churches. Mrs. Tuoksberry died Thursday after a severe illness of several weeks. The funeral was held at the house Saturday morning. A veritable Santa Clause will put in an appearance at Dr. Harper's drug store in time to make the hearts of the little ones glad.
