The R. R. company have been mproving the station here by giving t a coat of paint. Elmer Clay, who is attending the Jusiness College at Ypsilanti, spent Sunday with his sister, Mrs. Wm. iolland. B. F. Harria, who has been buyng butter and eggs for some time jast, has gone to Romulus to work n A. L. Novvlin's saw-mill. S. S. Bibbins, the treasurer of Augusta, stops at this place every Thursday to accommodate the taxayers in this part of the town. Taxes are a little lower this year han last. Last week we reported that Wm. Ward had sold his farm. This week ve are able to announce that he will ïave an auction on Monday, Decemer 2 4th, at i o'clock p. m., to sel; lis stock and farm tools
