Healey and Anna Healey, his wifo of the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, to Martin Seabolt of the same place, dated the second day of September A. D. 1887, and recorded in the office of the Résister of deeds in and for said County on tne second day of September, A. D. 1887, in Liber 72 of Mortgagres at paire 230, by the non - payment of moueys due thereon, the power of sale contained in said Mortgage has become operative; aud on which said Mortgage there is claimed to be duo at the date of this notice for principal and interest the sum of four hundred and eigrhty-eight dollars and flf ty cents, ($488.50) and no suit or proeeedings at law or in Chancery having been instituted to recover the amount, or any part thereof now remaining seeured by said Mortgage.
