The vice president was aecompanied by Mrs. Morton, and upon the arrival ui the train at the O rand Central depot both were conveyed in Mr. Morton's private rarriage to hls residence, 85 FifLh avenue, whieb was reaeued at 8 :30 o'clock. Duriiig liis yisit to tbe home of President Harrison the vice president oontraeted a severe cold. Mr. Morton declitied to say anytbing uf a political nature.
