Died in the township of Dexter, on the iyth of December, 18S8. Bridget, wife of MichaelRabbit aged 8i years. Mrs. Rabbit was boni in Cork, Irelandin 1807. In her last il 1- ness she was a great suffe er, but no murmur was heard to escape her lips. She bore her sufferings which at times were intense, with christian fortitude. She was a good, faithful christian, and when the summons came, it found her ready. Mrs. Rabbit lived the aotted age, and could exclaim with the Psalmist, "The days of our years are three score and ten, and if by strength they may be four score, yet is their strength, labor and sorrow." She was a very estimable lady and faithful to her duties, her opportunities and her friends, faithful above all, to those to whom she was a wiie, mother, and grandmother; long will she live in their memorie, and she will be remembered as one dearly esteemed and respected, by her friends. She is now resting in the cemetery among dear relatives and friends gone before, her ever buisy hands fokled over her breast, whose e very beat was for love, honor and duty, living up to that grand precept of "Charity to All, Malice to None." She always made home happy, What a noble record left, A legacy oí memory sweet, To Dhose she left bereft; And what a testimony given, By those who knew her best, Engraven on that plain, rude stone Beneath where grandma rests.
