Dexter

Prof. Walker and wife have returned from their visit ' at Saline, during the vacation, ready for another term of school work. Frank and Elbert Spooner, of Fairfield, are making preparations to lócate in Dexter. They are reHable young men and intend to start, in a small way, the manufacture of lawn chairs and spring beds, and will be quite an addition to our town as thetr combined length is nearly thirteen fcet. The watcli meeting at the M. E. church was an unique affair and well attended, considering the weather. One of the pleasant features of the evening was the presentation of a beautiful library chair to the pastor :irl to Mrs. McMahon an Oxford bibie and bible holder, a gift from lier Sunday school class, of some twenty-five young men.
