Huyes, stirviving executors of last will and testament of paid deecased, come into coutt nnd represent that thev ure now prepared to render their final account as such Mentors. Chase, the admïrtistrator of the said State, comes into court and represents that hc is now prepared to render his Ünal account as such adminitrator.
