Governor Hill's "last Year."

Albasy, X. Y., Jan. 7.- The most significant clause in Governor Hill's message to the New York legislatura yesterday, and the one that stimulated the most comment was as follows: "In entering upon the seventh und last year of iny service as chief executive of the state, I will not affect to conceal my .gratifieation at the fact that for the first time duriug the past seven years the popular branch of the legislature is in politioal accom with the executive." The pignificanee lies in the words "last year."
