At a session of the Probate onrt lor the Uounty of Washtenaw, holden at the píobate Office in the citv of Ann Arbor, on Friday, tríe nimHeenth day of December in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety. Present, j. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter ot the estale ot Mary Ann Thayer, Clarissa S. Hayes and Walter I. Hayes, Mirvlving executors ot' the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and represent that they are now pmpared to render their final account as such executors. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 20U1 day of January next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assiirned for examining and allowing such accouut, ann that liie devisee, legatees and helrs-at-law of said deceased, umi all other Dersons intereated ia said estáte, are required to appeai at a sssion of said Court, then to be holden at the probate office in the etty of Anu Arbor, in said county, and show cause, W any there be, why the said accouut should not be aUowed : And it is further ordered that fUd executors give notice to the persont Intereated in uaid estáte, of the pendency of said accouDt,Hnd the hearing thereof, by causing a eopy of this order tobe publishedin the Ann Arbor AjtöüS, a newspaper printed and eirculatinglnsaid eonnty three successiye weeks previous to said day oí heariog. At a session of the Probate Court for the Coumy of Washtenaw, hoiden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monaay, the 2ad day of December in the year one thoúsand eifjht hunc'red and ninety. PresentJ. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter ot the estáte of Alanson Chase, Edwin' A. Chase, the administrator of the said state comes into court and represents that he is ■OW preparcrl to reuder his flnal account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the nineteenth day of January, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assiffned tor exarnining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deeeased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are re tmired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the Uity ot Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, íi any there be why the said account Bhould not be allówed: And it is further ordered that said adnumstrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and tke hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Anm Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and ciroilaüng in said county three suecesive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
