At a session of the Probte Court, for the Couuty of Washtenaw, holen at the Probate Ortice in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 16th day of January, in he year one thousand eight hundred and inety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judsre of Proato. In the matter of the estáte of Daniel W. Amsden, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Lorinday Amsden, praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to herself, or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 3th day of February next, at ten o'clock in he forenoon, be assigaed for the hearing of aid petitiOD, and that the heirs at law of said eeeased, and all other persons interested in aid estáte, are required to appear at a session f said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show ause, if any there be, why the prayer of the etitioner should not be granted. And it is 'urther ordered that said petitioner give otice to the persons interested in said estáte, f the pendency of said petition, and the hearng thereof, by causing a eopy of tuis order to )e published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newsaper printed and circulated in said eounty hree suceessive weeks previous to said day of earing.
