Notiee is herehy given, that In pursuance oí an order granted to the undersigned, Charles H. Kemof, admiaistrator of the estáte f said deoeased, by tho Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the second day of December, A. DEFAtJLT having been made in the eonditions of a certain mortgage, bearing date tta first day of December, 1875, made and executed by Christian Sanzi and Christiana Sanzi, nis wife, both of Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Emanuel Beek, of the same place, and reoorded ia Liber 51, page 572, of Mortgages, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, on the first day of December, 1875: on which Mortgage there is claimed tobedue at the date of this notice the sum of Fourteen Hundred and Thirteen Dotlars and flfty-flve cents, and no suit or proceeding at; law orin equity having been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof; and said Mortgage having been duly assigned by the said Emanuel Beek to John W.Beck and by the said John W. Beek to Christiana Sanzi, by deeds of assignment duly recorded: Now, therefore, notice is hereby given, that on Safcurday, March 14, 1891, at the south door of the Court House, in the City of Ann Arbor, (the said Court House belng the place aud building where the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held), by virtue of the power of sale in said Mortgage contained and in pursuance of the statute in such cases made and provided; Ishall sell at public vendue. to the highest bidder, the property described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be nee essary to pay the principal and interest of said mortgage, together with an attorney's fee of Twen ty-flve dollars, as provided for in said mortgage, also all costs and expenses of this foreclosure. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Arthur C Van Sickle, administrator, praying that he maybe licensed to scll the real estáte whcreof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday the 27th day of January, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be as&igned for the hearing: of said petitioii, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, ind show cause, if any there be, why the rayer of the petitioner should not be granted . On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled , of Dorothea Weinmann, praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to FrederickB. Braun, orsome other suitable peron.
