A correspondent of a western Ontario paper says "the farmera are moving, and the politicians had better not forget it." He means that they have begnn to grope for relief from low prices, heavy mortgages and falling land values. The growth of the Patrons of Industry, a Canadian offshoot of the Farmers' Alliance, which has just sprung upon the stage at Washington with a demand for economie ref orms, is cited as evidence of the working of the leaven.
