A Successor To Dubois
Boise, Idaho, Feb. 11.- The house and senate yesterday rejected a resolution declaring Dubois United States senator for the full term beginning Marcli 4, and then proceided to elect William H. Cloggett to that position, each house balloting separately, and Dubois' friends refusing to vote and declaring the action illegal.
