Flood Difficulties In Ohio
Massilon, O., Feb. 18.- All trains on the Wheeling and Lake Krie have been abandoned, and trains are unable to get â– within twenty-five miles of each other on account of washouts. The track is washed out and wires are down ,on both roads. The Tusearawas river rose ten inches here in one hour yesterday, surrounding all dwellings in the northern part of the city.
