YUMA, A. T., March 1.- Desolation reigns suprema. Two hundred and sixtyone liouses are in ruins, and 1,400 people are penniless and homeless, and not a business house is left standing. The Southern Pacific hotel bas fed 1,000 people forseveral days. There were provisions enough in town Saturday for eight days. The losses in this county will foot up nearly $2,000,000, and the damage sufiEered by the railroad company will amount to more than $250,000.
