New Yobk, March 18.- The wiU of Capt. John Ericsson, the inventor, devised $125,000, but the estáte he left although uot definitely appraised, is ktiown to be mucti less. On a íriendly suit Judge Ingraham of the supreme court has decided that the estáte must be dis tribu ted pro rata among the legatees, none getting preferouces.
