Des Moines, la., March 18. - The execuive chambers were crowded wítli repreentatives of the state and national Tarmers' AUiances and railroads to disuss before the executive council the inrease of valuation oí railroad property or taxation purposes from the present valuation of $43,000,000 to $100,000,000, on equest of the Farmers' Alliance. The Alliance and the railways were both well epresented.
