:A friendfrom Piltsburgh, informa us ihat this Bro. is sustained by the sympathy and approbntion of almost the entire pnpulatipu of jhat city. On tho Sunday foïjowjng his suspension, fhree or four churches of different denominations were thrown open tp henr him lecturo on the sul-ject of slavery. Áfter one of his discourses, quite a crowd followed liim out of the church to greet him, and express their good will. He ectured the next evening in Alleghnny, and our informant says, that long hefofe jiark the bridges over the river were crowded with persons going to hear him. l 3 considered that nothing for years has given such an ímpetus to the anti-slavery cause, in that rewion, as this prosecution.
