-The New Orleans Bee of November 19th says: 'We regret to record two more victims of the insatiable Moloch of duelling. Yesterday encounters took place between four gentlemen of this city; all of them highly respectable and honorable. In both instances the result was fatal. The weapons used were small swords. The Alabama Legislature has passed a bill reducing the pay of its members from five to four dollars a day. Pork and mutton sell readily in the English markets at 6 1/2d. to 7 1/2d. sterling; equal to 13 and 14 cents per pound of our money.
