-Mr.Connell, the drunken M. C. fron Alabam'a, moved the'other day that a national grocery be e'stablishecl at Niag ra Falls. If this was carried, he would thën propose another establishment, not m'cntionable to ears polite . After this he sunk into his chair, cocked his feet on his table and went to sleep!
