-Theing order has been made by the War Deparlnjent : War Department, Juno 2. By the direction of the President, Brevet Major General Gaines is removed from the conmiand of the western divis ion of the Army, and will repair to Washington without delay. Brevet Brigadier General Broole is ssigned to the commaud of the western división.
