Joseph, Cass, Berrien, Kalamazoo, Livingston, St. Clair, and Gcnessce, 2 2ach ; Chippewa, Mackinac, Saginaw, Lapccr, Shiawassee, Clinton, Ionia, Eaton, Barry, Ingham, Allegan and Van Buren, 1 each ; and the counties of Kent and Ottawa constitute one disirict with two representatites. Unorganized counties vote with the county to which they are attached for judicial purposes.
