-The Nationalligencer says a new ïaea nas jusi úeen starled in London. A plan has Leen , supgested, and indeed eommenced, of building immense palaces, similar to the Athenaeum and other great club houses, to be called " Club Houses for the Married." In these edifices suils of rooms are to be arranged, consisting ofone, two orthree sitting rooms, as the case may be, with kltchen, offices, &c., to be let at all prices, from L50 a year upwards. A family may be accommodated in each suite, ani may either keep house by themselves or eat their mealsat a public boarding table. The advantages proposedare the living in palaces instead of old, dingy anddusty houses, paying very small rcnts comparatively speaking, and the enjoyment of a thomugh ventilalion, and, therefore, one source of health. Several of these very desiroble e-stablishments are already projected in the suburbs of London, surrounded by gardens, lawns, shrubberie?, &c. This is an age of mprovement.
