We have not room this week for full particulars of the organization. Next week we will mention every Ihing ihat is important. Suffice itto say now that in the Senate, Mr. Platt, of Ann Arbor, was elected Sccretary, Mr. Treadway, of Pontiac, Clerk, and Mr. Hussey, of Cass Co., Sergeant at Arms. In the House, Geo. W. eck, of Livingston, was elected Speaker, A. W. Hovey of Oakland, Clerk, D. A. A. Ensworth of Detroit, Enrolling Clerk, and A. S. Trumbell, of Lenawee, Sergeant. The Senate agreed to furnish each member with $5,00 wortb of Stationary, and elected Rev. Mr. Field, Chaplain. The House was ordered to be opened with prayer by Rev. J. D. Pierce, one of ils members, until a Chaplain should be elected. Mr. Peck received 49 votes for Speaker: Mr. Edmonds, 13. Each member is to have, of Michigan papers, not exceeding in price two daiiy papers each day, at the public charge. On motion of Mr. Adam, Uiree dollars worth of Stationary for each member for thesession, was allowed.
