City of Ann Arbor Public Art Tour (Public Art Commission)
'Bill Burgard's design depicting wildlife was selected by public vote to adorn the Manchester elevated water tank. Burgard is an illustrator, designer and lecturer at the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art and Design. He also lives near the water tower.'
