Ann Arbor News carrier Doug Scott receives frequent help from his blind father, Freeman Scott, in delivering newspapers. Doug and his dad, along with the latter's leader dog, are making their rounds here after receiving their bundle of papers at S. Division St and Marshall Ct. The Scott home is at 406 Packard St. Doug is a Perry School sixth grader.
