'Santa' Paints: Getting his wish to "paint the town red" is Albert F. Warnhoff, Ann Arbor's "Santa Claus." Warnhoff painted this Pauline Blvd. fire hydrant this morning to celebrate his 70th birthday. He was to share a birthday cake with the Sheriff's Department later in the day.
