LITTLE DAVID AND THE GIANT: David is not afraid of the great snow bear because he saw his father, Sculptor Avard Fairbanks, make it. His brother Jonathan, at the left, wanted to have a little bear so he rolled the snowball and helped to form it. The Fairbanks yard at 1051 Lincoln Ave. is always an art exhibition after a snow fall.
