Project's First: Albert Duckek, contractor-developer of Riverside Hills Subdivision at the city's easternmost limits, considers his home (above)[ this photo] the project's first. Six of 35 others are completed or under construction on nearby Chestnut Rd. All but one of the lots is sold. Mr. and Mrs. Duckek's living room (left) uses one brick wall and plenty of windows. One of the many bedroom floor to ceiling closets in the home (below) reflects skill in design.
