CHINESE ART - Emerald City restaurant chef Ching Tan Kung pulls dough while demonstrating the Chinese art of making hand-pulled noodles. Kung starts with a large clump of dough and separates it by hand into many strands of noodles. He put on a demonstration for the public Tuesday. Kung will also be part of a Chinese Food Fair from noon-4 p.m. on Sunday at Dominos Farms, Lobby G. Sixteen area restaurants will participate. The food fair will be sponsored by the Chinese American Educational and Cultural Center of Michigan. For more information, call 663-0099.
