University Ave. and S. Forest. He is an elevator installation expert. Steel erection foreman Fred Kotrozo (above) of Pittsburgh, Pa., makes an observation from the 13th floor. One of the views (below) is the University's new 12-story Physics and Astronomy Building. It was taken from the 17th floor of the apartment building.
