Ice-fishing buddies Rich Loughry and David Schairer angling for pike in Barton Pond, kept warm Monday with a fire and windscreen. The weather won't be ideal for ice fishing in the coming days. Temperatures will move up over freezing to a predicted high of 50 on Thursday. But the end of the week will bring back the cold, with a high Saturday of perhaps 18 degrees.
