MEET STATE CHAMPIONS TONIGHT: Shown above is the Pfeiffer Beer team of Ann Arbor that will oppose the Lansing Vans under the lights at Wines Field tonight in a game starting at 8:30. The Lansing team won the state girls' softball title last season, but the Ann Arbor team has divided two games with the champions this season. Lansing won the first game, 16 to 10 with Ann Arbor taking the second contest, 8 to 4. MAKES FIRST PARACHUTE JUMP: Miss Dexa Coryell, 1336 Geddes Ave., gave the crowd at the Ann Arbor air circus yesterday a thrill when she unintentionally delayed the opening of her parachute after leaping from a plane over the field on S. State Street Rd. Miss Coryell, who is shown here in her flying clothes, was making her first jump. She landed in a field near the airport.
