John N. Clancy (left), director of the University of Michigan Speech Camp near Northport, listens as 11-year-old Tommy Nunn of 714 W. Jefferson St., Ann Arbor, makes a voice recording soon after camp opening. Near the end of the camp another transcription will be made to note his progress in overcoming his speech impairment.
