Above is the interior of the new Purchase Camera Shop at 1116 S. University Ave. A retail store, it has been separated from the Purchase Radio Shop at 605 Church St. which is exclusively a wholesale concern. Seen inspecting a camera are Edmund Gunther, store manager, behind the counter and a salesman, Bert Abrams. The room extends back about 75 feet. At the rear of the store is an el which extends to the right about 25 feet. The front portion of the store is about 15 feet wide. New shelves and glass showcases are seen along the left side. The shelves have been painted green to match the walls.
