But Traffic Lt. Howard R. Zeck, whose sister, Mrs. Reatha Parker, baked the cake, is unconvinced that love should take precedence over the law. He declined to declare a Valentine's Day amnesty. There was some thought of citing Mrs. Parker for attempted bribery but the evidence was eaten.
