Caption:
Hare's Lair: It must have been a bold rabbit which built this nest in the front yard of the John Shelton residence, 1241 Arlington Blvd. The white patch in the parted grass is hair from the mother hare which she has pulled from herself to cover her young. Observing the proper outdoorsman rule of not bothering the nest are, from the left, Cordie, Craig and Clifford Shelton. The mother rabbit tends her young in the evening, night and early morning hours.
