Sidewalk Superintendents Busy: There's a lot of activity in a big hole at Division and Liberty Sts., where footings and concrete basement walls are being placed for the Ann Arbor Federal Savings and Loan Association's new building. Everyone likes to watch a new building go up and sidewalk kibitzers are numerous. It's tough for small fry; however, they have to climb the temporary wooden fence to see what gives, not that they mind doing that. With spring less than a week away, its shirtsleeve weather.
