FINALLY GETS MEDAL: Frank E. Bostic (left) almost forgot that he had been awarded a Bronze Medal by the Army in 1944 for his part in World War II, but he was reminded this morning when presented the medal by Donald G. Bachman, director of the Veterans Affairs Center (right).
