NO WONDER SHE'S SCARED: The idea! A snowman in the middle of summer. Judith (right) doesn't understand, but her twin, Nancy, doesn't care. The snow came from the ice-making plant of a local dairy and the 15-month-old daughters of Dr. and Mrs. Irving H. Anderson of 1014 Lincoln Ave. came upon the unseasonal apparition unawares.
