New Patrolman - The Ann Arbor Police Department today announced the addition of Robert E. Vining, 26, of Willow Village, to its uniformed division. the new patrolman is a Navy veteran of three years service and a graduate of the Port Huron High School. Vining also attended the Port Huron Junior College for three years and had enrolled for a short time at the Michigan State Normal College at Ypsilanti. He is married and the father of one child.
