BALLOONS GROW ON TREES? At a picnic held yesterday at the home of Mrs. Carroll Benz of Heatherway children found a whole tree just bursting with balloons. The members of the Ann Arbor Branch of the National Farm and Garden Association weren't really trying to confuse the children of their junior club members. They were only entertaining them in a novel way.
