Flowers Defy Weather Man: These flowers defied the Weather Man on Saturday- the last day of National Flower Week- when they blossomed despite the chilling November temperature. The petunias in the top photograph were in bloom at the residence of Mrs. C. James Maury, 3225 Nordman Rd. In the bottom picture, Mrs. Raymond R. Sorg of 3139 Rosedale Ave., is shown admiring some of the red, rambling roses in bloom at her home. Rose buds were opening this morning, too, Mrs. Sorg said.
